描述
Empowers NPCs on all difficulty levels by providing them with
- a 100% increase to physical armor
- a 100% increase to magic armor
- a 100% increase to damage
- a 100% increase to HP
- 2 bonus action points
- a 0.2 m bonus to movement speed

Made on the request of a certain Bicyclist for Justice.

@Pearific: I think it increases the maximum to 8 as well, if I remember correctly.

Does it just add 2 AP to the already existing 4 and keep maximum at 6, or does it increase the maximum to 8 as well?

Yeah you're awesome new mod doesnt show up in our mod order, it shows up in documents mod folder but not ingame mod order to turn on.

Were having a problem where this newer version of tougher enemies doesn't show up in our mod list, we keep subscribing and loading up our game and it doesn't show up, your original tougher enemies shows up in our mod list, but not this one.
