Drug Command Overhaul

This Mod modify a drug consume command in vanilla which a little useless to useful a little.
I made this Mod, because I let colonists use combat drugs often before large battle, but I don't like instruct it each one.
Maybe this Mod is useful, for example, similar case it.
Here is major modification things.

* Command will be not hidden if selected multiple colonists.
* Command can instruct consume drug all selected colonists.
* Show all carrying drugs each on as command.

バニラ環境のちょっと不便なドラッグ使用コマンドをすこし使いやすく変更するModです。
普段遊んでいるときに、大人数にドラッグを服用させているのですが、毎回ひとりずつ指示を出すのが面倒だったのでつくりました。
大規模な戦闘の前に一斉に服用させる、そんな場面で便利かもしれません。
主な変更点はこのようになります。

* 複数の入植者を選択していても表示が消えない。
* 複数の入植者に一斉に服用指示を出すことができる。
* 複数のドラッグを携帯していた際、それぞれ個別にコマンドが表示される。

2023-12-3:
Pawn_InventoryTracker.GetGizmos に当てているパッチの挙動を、返された値を上書きする挙動から、バニラのドラッグ使用関連のコマンドのみを除外し、新しいコマンドを追加する挙動に変更いたしました。継続的な更新のためのソースコードを整理しました。本MODのライセンスを CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 に設定し、それに合わせてMOD説明欄の文章を新しいものに変更いたしました。RimWorld 1.3向けの更新を終了しました。
The behavior of the patch applied to Pawn_InventoryTracker.GetGizmos has been changed from overwriting returned values to excluding only vanilla drag usage related commands and adding new ones. Refactored the source code for continuous updates. The license of this MOD has been set to CC BY-NC-ND 4.0, and the text in the MOD description has been changed accordingly. Finished updating for RimWorld 1.3.

過去に修正したはずのコードが元に戻っていたため、該当箇所を再度修正しなおしました(1.3/1.4)。
