Adds the United States of Brazil to the game along the 200th Anniversary of Brazil!

Cafe com leite: Improving Luxuruy Ressources yields Gold. Gain production towards gold buildings by applying new Social Policies and finishing a Social Policy Branch yields Great Merchant Points.

Coronel: Unique Merchant who creates extra +2% Gold from each Luxury Ressource this city works if stationed in the city, aswell as allowing for building the Coronel's Office, a modified Court House regardless of occupation state, which increases production towards military units and yields gold for every close Great Person in city radius.

Minas Geraes-Class: Unique Battleship, which is much stronger, but also more expansive in maintenance and production, while also gains +25% combat strength when attacking.

Minas Geraes is correct, as it does not refer to the state, but the ship.

The proposal is very commendable! I would never have imagined someone rescuing an old president other than Getúlio Vargas or Juscelino Kubitschek, who are already in the project..
I have two suggestions for correction:
"Saludos!" is an expression in Spanish, not Portuguese. A very close expression would be "Saudações!".
The correct name is "Minas Gerais" with an "i", not with an "e".
