描述
Removes the minimum age from Chronopath's Age and Time Reversal abilities. Goo goo ga ga!

Reason for this mod: I did a naked brutality start with a 14 year old, and didn't like that they'd permanently aged themself past 16 after I used meditate.

Careful: child pawns are weaker than adult ones, even without mods, so buyer beware.

To be clear; the original behavior was that you could reduce age to 16, it didn't stop you from continuing to spam the ability, so this mod doesn't change anything balance wise, except that if you do spam the de-age for xp or whatever, then you'll be weakening your pawn a lot. A 0-year-old is not a very effective... anything...

That is an idea. If I get back into modding I might do that. Might also add something to balance that out. Maybe a new psycast altogether that drops you into a coma or takes an arm and a leg or something.

Would you be ammenable to remove the quality maximum on Enchant Quality from the technomancer?

Note: looks like this is unnecessary for the current version of psycasts expanded; they don't seem to have a lower limit anymore.

This one wouldn't work. The dll needs to be rebuilt. I'll update it when I have time.
