A pack of Liberian flags including its famous county flags that look like they may have genuinely been designed in an early 2000s version of Microsoft Paint.

This guide by Toyota Landcruiser contains everything you need to make your own dynamic flags like these. It is remarkably simple to follow and doesn't require any previous skills in asset making. This video tutorial shows me going through the steps of the guide and this video by Citywokcitywall shows how you can put multiple items together and upload to the workshop as a pack.
