Nagash Tomes - Singleplayer Locations for MP

This mod makes so the books have the same positions in multiplayer than in singleplayer.

In singleplayer, the books are placed a bit around the player start position. Not right next to you but it's very manageable to have them before reaching the Long Campaign victory.

In multiplayer they are at some fixed locations, namely, Hexoatl, Altdorf, Karaz A Karak, White Tower of Hoeth etc.

This is quite annoying since :
- They need to you to essentially destroy all order factions, so you essentially profit from the mechanics once the campaign is finished
- When playing Volkmar it's a bit anticlimatic.
- You always have the same locations for all factions which is boring.


Should be compatible with everything.

I didn't tested on an ongoing save, if someone can tell me if it moves the books.
