Less Red more Art - Menu Movies Expansion 1

描述
Submod of Less Red more Art UI Mod, this mod will not work without it as it utilises the framework provided from that mod.

This mod expands the selection of live menu backgrounds. This comes at the cost that spell previews in the spell browser for the lore of deep and stealth are not available.

Contents:
  1. Vampire coast live background from game 2 to with their shanty as background music
  2. Tomb Kings live background from game 2 to with thematic Tomb Kings music
  3. Rakarth live background from game 2 with appropriate ambiance and thematic DE music
  4. The Prophet and the Warlock live background from game 2 alongside its ambiance
  5. The default live background from game 2 alongside its music
  6. The first Total War Warhammer background with the original menu music

Please provide any feedback in regards to the volume of the background audio. My ears aren't well suited to gauge the sound levels so I'm open to change the default volume.

I tried tabbing through the video's 3 out of 4 start ups it just stuck with the first one that loaded. Only on my third game start up I was able to tab between the different "video's".

@Velovar Maybe. Once/if I return back to modding the game, I'll likely revamp the whole system now that audio modding is better supported.

@Behrzerker Noted, I'll look into it if I update the mod

@Lycia Pintella All my mods have been unmaintained for ~1 year at this point as I stopped following the game. It's not unlikely that CA made changes that clashes with the old code in the mod.

Main Menu from first game [Warhammer 1] was actually animated, very slightly but still animated. Any chance you update this with real W1 background?

THANK YOU for making a mod that adds the WH1 menu music back in. Absolutely NOTHING has ever hyped me up to play the game as much as that theme.

Hey, love your mod ! Though may I ask if you could change the Vampire Coast theme music to the one that we had in WH2 ? I find it better as the background theme that it's supposed to be. Also do you consider adding even more menu themes ? There are a lot of DLCs not yet covered by your mods and that would be awesome to include them as well !
(no Vampire Counts theme for instance, the Grim and the Grave ?)

After the last few patches I am having to disable and re-enable this in MCT every time I start the game for the title screens to take over. Is anyone else seeing this or is it because of mod spaghetti? =P

If this broke for you on the title screen after a recent update, go to your title screen and open MCT. Disable main menu backgrounds, exit MCT. Open MCT, re-enable. Worked like a jiffy! =)

Something I found out from messing around on the title screen: if you look ignore your warning about the spell movies being replaced, and happen to play the title screen movie that is replacing the spell WHILE on the title screen, the game crashes. I had the old Vortex title screen up, and was scrolling through the skaven spells (Veil of Shadows in this case) marveling at the intro movies playing in the little window when the game seized up from having the Vortex title screen in two places at the same time lol. Just a warning to folks!

@kiro72727 Check your MCT settings. They may be turned off
