Bodyguards for The Empire

This mod adds new mounts options to all empire lords, both generic lords and legendary ones. These mounts add, as the title implies, bodyguards to the lord, to aid him in battle. Each type of lord can have a different type of bodyguard, with different stats and roles. Some are better at holding the line, others are more squishy but deal more damage ecc ecc.


The mount options themselves are unlocked once the lord reaches rank 10 for an infantry bodyguard and rank 15 for a mounted variant. The only exception being Karl Franz, who has an extra 2 bodyguard mounts that he can unlock at rank 25 and 30. Let me know if you have any problems regarding balance or bugs, i'll try to fix them as best as i can.

Also, this mod doesn't remove the other mount options, it only adds a new one, you can still use all the other ones.

Version 1.2:

- Added a new rank 30 bodyguard mount for Karl Franz, "The Griffon guard". Unfortunately it doesn't work properly in custom battles so use it mainly for campagin. I also had to remove Karl's hammer while he's using this new mount due to severe and distracting clipping.
