No Campaign Map Fog (with some small campaign camera tweaks)

Removes the ever present fog on the campaign map, along with making the campaign camera a little more vertical.

Very similar to [HN] Clear Skies, as it changes the same fog parameters. However, that mod left in a little bit of fog when zoomed in, because CA uses the fog to hide ugly details in the distance (like pop-in). I removed all of it, and took a different approach to avoiding those ugly details.

I titled the camera a little bit (only a few degrees) to a slightly more top down view, especially during the end turn when the camera follows AI characters. This is most noticeable if you use the low or cinematic camera settings.

Also during end turn, when the camera pans a long way, it normally tilts up, allowing you to see the horizon. This mod removes that, so you'll roughly keep the same top down view throughout the end turn. Again, this is to hide ugly distant details normally hidden by the fog.

Lastly, I increased the camera distance at which settlement UI starts to fade away, so you can see more of them at any given time.

Keep an eye out for ugly details in the distance and any camera weirdness. Let me know the circumstances in which you encountered it.
