This is an UPDATED and OPTIMIZED Version now!
Enemy debris will stay between 5 to 70 seconds, automatically managed by the engine.

Please do a test and leave a feedback/ positive rating if everything works well.


Important:

Blood pools (decals) will always appear and never disappear when changing the values of these entries inside SeriousSamSM.ini to "0":
dcl_bAutoRemoveCounterLimitedDecals = 0;
dcl_bAutoRemoveGeometryLimitedDecals = 0;
dcl_bAutoRemoveTimeLimitedDecals = 0;
sim_bAutoDecreaseQuality = 0;

-> Link to SeriousSamSM.ini: <steam folder>/userdata/<id>/1792250/local/SeriousSamSM.ini
-> I couldn't see any negative performance impact when using them.

Did you change the entries above in my description? If so, try again with having the values unchanged. My machine is not the best and I could make a playthrough without any problems. Same with Serious Sam 4!

Try to change some ini entries to the following:
texs_ctMaxUnloadsPerFrame = 0
texs_ctTooMuchLoadingTextures = -1
sim_fWorldPrecachingStreamingLoadingDoneThreshold = -1

Sorry but even with this version the fps is still really bad. I haven't tried the one for SS4 but I'm pretty sure the results will be the same.
