Sadly this is why more people play local or dedicated servers or with friends, Cause bots suck even if they have their uses, Valve only fix what we don't want fixing lol

i really hate those bots lag because i get caught by hunter , bot alway stuck somewhere , valve never fix it

In the graphics options ( vertical sync is monitor refresh syncing rate ), Fullscreen is an option you can set it too or borderless fullscreen which is common in most games. Panning is turning term.
