Muted Heartbeat Sound

Playing mutation is fun, until you try out Death Door.
The mutation itself removes the Incap mechanism, which is "One Life Only" - Out of health and you're out, but the one thing they didn't remove, is the heartbeat sound effect (or it just bugged)

Myself have to use the MOUSE4 (As binded to reload the audio) every single time I did an "Idle Quick One-pack Reload" just to remove the heartbeat sound, it's just annoying to have despite you're not in the critical state of health (Black & White)

I make this mod just for this purpose as I found none does this
