It is a shame that I haven't been able to found a beta style script for the smoker to make him function like he did with the faster pull and poison cloud. Cause this would work well with the skin

Ok so it does work if I'm also using that mod you mentioned, not sure what the issue but I assume you'll figure it out soon since this mod is nice : )

Its cool man and sorry to bother you with this (I always feel bad for asking people bout this lol) I'll also try using the original mod ontop of this one to see if it works, also to give more help I also checked on a l4d2 campaign and the l4d2 smoker looks fine and not screwed up

it might also affect me too, but it only seens to be working with me due to the fact that i am using the addon by the original author, wich replaces the model of the L4D2, so uh yeah i'll work on it tomorrow, don't worry about it

Was going to say like you mentioned in one of my screenshots, it seems to be using the base l4d2 smoker skin which it also did with that modded skin for some reason. It must be a really specific issue that only affects me.

it's how i said in my comment, even if the game doesn't say that there are addons conflicting, they still can conflict.

try disabling this addon that you're using. and see if anything happens
