The Gatekeeper of the Scarlet Devil Mansion is here to pick a fight! (And slack off from Gatekeeping.) With her Rainbow Colored Danmaku, and her Martial Arts, Meiling is sure to be a blast. Her attacks may be simple, but in the right hands, there's no telling how strong she could be.

where did you get the sprites with the special effects? I only ever found her sprites without the effects

Out of the many alternate colors, I was not expecting Dmitrii from Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow.

It's technically not a Hisou port, as I kinda never played the official fighting games. I just made a moveset that was fun and interesting. It certainly uses the sprites, but its more based off the Mugen recreations if that makes any sense.
