[UNSUPPORTED] MORE EXPENSIVE Unlimited Rune & Equipment Crafting (4.0 Ready)

UNSUPPORTED UPDATE: CA fixed the issue with the cost of making and salvaging the runes, so I am now going with CA's costs. As such, this "more expensive" version will be discontinued. CA made them much more expensive than I did. Please see the original ported mod moving forward (link below)

This is the same as the Unlimited Rune Crafting mod I ported from KonKonKing's TWW2 version, but the master runes now cost a reasonable amount more to reflect the fact that they are now unlimited crafting. They used to cost 50 Oathgold, now they cost 120. For perspective, that is slightly more than a green armor/weapon/talisman and notably less than a blue armor/weapon/talisman - and without the need to own certain resources.

I felt making the rune crafting unlimited unbalanced the Dwarf factions a bit, so this mod is for those who prefer to have closer to vanilla balance while still having unlimited rune crafting.

Edit 9/12/22: Mod updated to lower the recycling cost of the legendary runes so you get slightly less oathgold upon recycling than it cost to craft the legendary runes. Change implemented in order to eliminate unlimited oathgold cheat introduced by making legendary runes repeatedly craftable.

Edit 10/13/2022: Mod updated to include unlimited crafting of purple armor/weapons/talismans/enchanted items. If you have already crafted one such item, this mod won't affect it on this playthrough. It will work on a new game, it might work if you haven't crafted the item yet.
