PLEASE IGNORE THE PHOTOS THEY DO HAVE GLOVES

Press Q open the menu and click "NPCs". Find the NPCs in "National Guard (male)".

Press C and click the "Player Model" button. Find the Player Models named "Male National Guard 1-9".

If you want to change skins or body groups of the NPCs, plz right click the NPC and choose "Skin" or "Bodygroup" to change.
