First, click the smoke thing where the man is on the bottom of the screen till he runs out of what is presumably coal? Then, click the line that is off track on the ski lift. Then click the smoke thing that the man dropped, it is a key. It will slot into the key hole in the box with the red button. After the key falls out, press the red button. Samorost will appear from the bottom the lift. Once he reaches the top of the hill, click the sign to point left. Then click the man who's on the hill, if you don't, Samorost will tell you he's in the way. After he moves out of the way, click Samorost and he will ski off the hill.
