This is a (mostly) realistic model of a rather curious building close to where I live, I've always been fascinated as to what it was and recently found out that it would have housed a substation and back up generator to power the London underground Northern line trains. Built at some time in the late 1920s early 1930s when the area was first connected to the underground network. now days it seems to be abandon or most likely used for storage.
it looks oddly out of proportion with huge over sided windows.



BUILDING OPERATION
This building will operate in game as a power station and can be found in the power menu.
It stands on a 5x6 lot
Has an output of 100 MW
Needs no fuel because it operates like a solar farm, so will be affected by cloud cover and day/night cycle
Construction cost is 6000 and there's 500 maintenance cost
This building will not produce any pollution or noise pollution so can be placed close to residential areas normally along side rail tracks and close to a station.

Sewage accumulation 5
