Better Garrison Spellcasters (Vanilla)

This mod gives to all vanilla spellcasters a progression in their Lore of Magic
Currently the races having a wizard through a building are
- Grand Cathay
- The Empire
- Bretonnia
- Skaven
- Greenskins
- Ogre Kingdom
- Vampire Counts
- High Elves
- Dark Elves
- Wood Elves
- Beastmen
- Lizardmen

Future plan related to this mod :
- I’m working on a mod that adds a spellcaster for every race in the game + add the mages earlier (form tier 2 for wood elves for example)
- I’m working on a complete rework of garrisons for every races (to add more interesting battles, and more “lore friendly” garrisons)
- I plan to add also abilities for the Dwarfs in garrisons (Khazukan Kazakit-ha !)
