If the audio starts having bugs like high-pitched screeches or sped up sounds, try verifying the game cache, or type "snd_rebuildaudiocache" on the console and wait until the game finishes the process of rebuilding your audio cache, this may take a while depending on your computer.

If you're having compatibility issues with this mod and a Colt M1911 reskin, try using this, it is fully functional with any sound replacement mods.
