描述
This navmesh is for rp_downtown_titsv2. It's mainly suited for ZetaPlayers, with ladders, and admin sit locations at the admin area and rooftops. I've done nav_generate with heavy manual editing due to the sloppy nature of nav_generate, ie Stairs being incomplete, certain doorways missing navmeshing


The Islands aren't navmeshed as the zetas will never be able to leave or enter in the island region (And it was a waste of my time trying to)

Flatgrass isn't navmeshed, I forgot that existed, ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This took me roughly 6 hours for nav_generate, and 2-3 hours of manually editing the namvesh, then another 2 hours of playtesting to make sure I didn't miss a stupid broken navmeshing on stairs.
