A retrofuturistic city set on an island (presumably in a scandinavian country)

Night version!

Map name: gm_hightechcity
After juggling engine limitations and performance optimization, i present to you: gm_hightechcity. The culmination of 10 months of caffeine, sweat and tears.
Its hard to believe that its finished, as this has been my passtime for almost a year, and what was originally a scene i made back in 2018 has now turned into a fully fledged high-techy city with lots of gameplay and content to mess about with.
The map is laid out so that every area is unique and different, which makes it easy to identify where you are, aswell as trying to make it run as smoothly as possible on even the potatoest of hardware.
If you are having performance issues, try to reduce Texture quality and turn water reflections to world only.

Features:
-A large city on an island
-Open sandbox area
-AI noded and navmeshed environment
-Roadways both under and over buildings
-Multiple smaller interiors
-Underground area with badass elevator
-A shopping centre
-Tall skybox
-Custom high-techy assets
-Easter eggs and secrets

All custom content is packed into the map. No additional resources/games are needed!

This has for the most part been a one man project, but I'd like to give a huge thanks to the following:

-Will2k | writing comprehensive papers on source engine optimization
-My friends | pitching in on ideas for the map, aswell as playtesting

someone better tele me why it's crashing or i'll spend years learning how to hack so i can completely destroy Steam and everything in it like i was a supervillain or smth.
