No Starting Corruption

描述
This mod removes starting corruption from all regions. Everybody starts with a clean slate!

Note that this might lead to some minor, initial setbacks for corruption-dependent factions while they build up corruption in their home regions.

Okay, I’ll have to check the structure of this mod when I get back home in about a week. I can’t remember how I built it, but it could be missing new regions added in patches.

Somehow this mod stops orcs waagh bar from filling up and vampire counts from gaining blood kisses. I have isolated it to just this mod and only this mod, no other mods enabled.

Marius, that must be another mod. The change made in this mod is very minor and doesn’t affect any mechanics.

odd bug, but when playing VC von carstein 2nd lord doesn't spawn and blood kisses cannot be earned
