Citizens were complaining to Dr. Breen about not being able to pracitce their faith.
Now, right in the middle of the city, the melon sanctuary has been constructed.
It's small, but it's something.

The Melon Sanctuary

A place where young melonboys train and pray for the Mel-God to bring peace to the Combine filled lands.
It is known for being the place the legendary Melonman grew up in until he decided to leave to help the weak and finish with the world's evil.
