Piston Engine Car RWD

This capricious car is powered by the Piston Engine i used on my plane

A framed shaft is connected from the engine to the rear wheels that i had to make myself because of my own made engine

The acceleration is slow, but its max speed is 220 kmh. Sometimes it can goes faster as 260 kmh, but it depends of the behavior of the engine.

It has not much torque but can climb slowly, and I made a starter to help the engine to start and to spins in the frontward.

This also has a 2:1 gear reduction to give me more torque, ive modified it just a little to make it works more or less as clutch. thanks to Maccux and Elinzar for that !

Sometimes, when you are at +/- 40 kmh, the engine is capricious and decides to spins reverse , which is a problem i cannot resolve

This is actually the car is used to make the Truggy 4WD 1/8. the difference is that the truggy has front framed wheels and also a 4 wheels drive
