Added the Griffon Mount to the Empire Captain

Stats are based on the Empire General with a Griffon

Note the Icon appears on the right of the skills tree - if someone could tell me how to move it to the top bar I would be grateful :)

Sadly due to recently update the Griffon mount for empire captain is now grounded with no option to fly.
