Eshin Contract Rework that is designed to help with the Clan Contract Bug which causes the cooldown to reset to 10 turns when loading back onto the Campaign Map!

Clan Contracts will be available every turn and will only last 3 turns instead of 10 to balance out

Clan Contracts contract levels are raised to balance out progression and give you time to level up to the higher tier contracts base level requirements

Clan Contracts have a 2x Exp Multiplier to offset the base 5 turn recovery time of Assassins

Shadowy Dealings restore 2 slot instead of 1 and recover every 2 turns to enable regular use

Shadowy Dealings have a 1.5x Exp Multiplier to reward and foster regular use
