Nanobot Build and Repair System - fix for NoOwner blocks

This is fixed version of Nanobot Build and Repair System by Dummy08

There was a problem, when BaRS was set to gind NoOwner blocks, it sometimes grinded wheels or other blocks from subgrids, which could not be set ownership explicitly. This version fixes this issue.

Also it fixes a problem, when BaRS was set to "Grind, then wield" mode and there was a block found without physics (some mods can add such "hidden" blocks - camera for emulating sniper scope, for example), then BaRS will sit doing nothing, because there are those blocks in queue, but it cannot grind them, because they have no physics.

Doesnt eat my wheels or anything. Some times when want to grind some thing I have to cut it up a bit so it finishes. but otherwise does good.

@UnRealLimits you can leave it in Weld Only mode to prevent random cannibalizing.

@Blue64 Thats a decent work around but not a fix like I was hoping for when I got this version. I'll go back to the original for now and just continue to leave them off when not building something and turn them on only when needed. With it eating conveyor tubes and armor blocks randomly its just best to do it that way.

Exactly what caused this 7 years ago; no grid ownership on subgrid; requires computer to set ownership; build a control panel on the wheel and just use the normal BaRS, the Control Panel contains a Computer, thus setting ownership.

Still broken unfortunately. It will still grind everything including wheels, blocks, conveyor tubes and pretty much anything attached to the grid. Tested on new world with only this mod installed.

this mod has solved my BP landing gear problems, it used to slowly eat up the tires and framework. now it only grinds for a split sec after it finishes building and never does again ty for your work on this!
