It's Commercial low, you can use the "Plop the Growables" Mod to custom place it

@oliverdawilson refreshing the vehicles to be released here takes time, trying to release more of them

@RyuGamer97 You can use "Plop the Growables" and "Find It!" to find the asset in-game or wait for it to appear in a commercial zone

@God NOO WAYYY, from all Starbucks in the world I chose yours lol, from 1-10 how much does it look like the one IRL?, tried to make the surroundings, parking, and drive-thru look like in google earth :P

@Haperski I use map theme "SCT-HOMECOMING" but also edit my pics using Lightroom so the colors don't look like that in-game

@Zero is a growable so it will appear in commercial areas, but if you want to place it in a specific location you can use "Plop the Grownables" and "Find It!" to find it
