Description

Game not hard enough? This mod gives the AI (and only the AI) a 15% upkeep cost reduction, meaning they field more armies.

Thanks! Took a bit to figure out why it was broken, but I've fixed it now. It was not working for Hard, Very Hard and Legendary difficulties.

I do not know if it is my problem,I put the mod in the very first load order,but seems not working.
