Speedometer [SS3]

A very simple script mod targeted at speedrunners that adds a speedometer in bottom left part of the screen.
Disabled by default, enable with globals.SPD_Toggle(1). Additionally, you can change whether the script accounts for vertical velocity or not with globals.SPD_IgnoreY(0/1). All the current settings can be viewed with globals.SPD_Info().
