Diep.io Tank (WIP)

描述
The Tank from Diep.io joins the fray ! Don't let its simple appearance fool you, it got far more weapons than it looks.

(Still WIP, you'll see it turn into Sandbert while performing some actions, but i'm uploading it now so you can see it evolve and you can give me advice or feedback i the comments, it's the very first custom fighter that i'm working on, so i think i could need some :) )

List of finished attacks :
- fair
- bair
- nair
- dattack
- dstrong
- fstrong
- nspecial
- fspecial

It also has a couple stage compatibilities :
- Miiverse
- Mt. Dedede Stadium

may i ask? what attacks do you KNOW what ur gonna make them be, and what are they gonna be?

Also, why did you list down attack as finished and not list dash attack as finished? clearly down attack isnt, and dash attack is!

I appreciate your willingness to help, but I think I prefer to do it all by myself, because the goal of this little project is actually to learn modding and pixel art animation

the only reason i said not many before is because i was limited to ms paint, but someone else accepted me and got me asesprite! i might be able to help with urs too on the side since the char is so simple with the sprites!

btw i can help with sprites! not many, but i will still try my best! plus, the char seems simple enough so i dont have to take too long!
