Permanent Blood

描述
A very quick mod to make blood stains stay on the ground for a long enough time that they will essentially be permanent on the battle map.

There seems to be an issue with the bloodstains flickering as they overlap. I'll need to learn a fair bit about how it's all working to have any hope of fixing it, so don't hold your breath! I've uploaded a poor quality video of the flickering as I thought I could make a gif out of it, but it was too large for steam. I'll update the video with one that shows the issue more clearly.

Should be compatible with other blood mods as the only values I've edited relate to the time decals will remain on the ground.

Apparently, regarding the issue on blood and flicker, someone else found a temp "fix":

I found a way for myself to avoid flickering by using this https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=3039315942 and set 70/10 blood in the game settings so you will have new blood textures from the mod and minimal flicker it is extremely inconspicuous, basically you will follow the fight and you won't see anything

I know its not THIS blood mod, which I do love but until its resolved then that's the best method I can find....

The blood flickering happens in vanilla too sadly, its truly sad how long this has been a thing.
I think it depends on your graphical config to some extent but even now on full max it still happens at times.

This mod acting weird for anyone else? Blood is never being splattered, so no permanent blood. Watching fights up close I noticed most hits do some spark effect rather than any bleeding, though there is still gore.

Only other mods enabled are Permanent summons and Variant Selector.

possibility to make corpses permanent ? there used to be a mod for Total war 2 but i cant find any for this game :(
