This is a client-side mod and you can use it in single-player without any additional actions.

Does this mod still work?:
As of August 20th, 2024. Yes this mod still works. I have been playing Avorion again and looking into mods that I worked on myself and those that I've re-uploaded. Been testing them with various mods for compatibility and other issues.

To have this mod working on a server, you'll need to kindly ask the server owner to do the following:

• Install the mod server-side. (Easiest Solution)

Or allow players to use it by configuring the following:

• Create "modconfig.lua" in the server galaxy folder (Instruction[avorion.gamepedia.com])
• Add "allowed" table in the file, if it doesn't exist:
  allowed = {
  }
• Add "{id = "2853148206"}," in the "allowed" table:
  allowed = {
      {id = "2853148206"},
  }
