Demo Updated Silenced Mac 10


Yet an other old Demo compil getting some updating treatment.
Most if not all of the small edits he did are still present,like
no muzzleflashes because of the silencer,the stock remaining
folded that makes aiming feel less miserable...a couple of things
got tweaked too,like the silencer was actually offset from the
gun barrel,and I replaced the L4D2 fire sound with Killing Floor
one.


Now to repeat myself:

-proper support for new hands
-model has proper smoothing groups
-silencer is no longer offset from the barrel,as subtle as it was
-there are no more muzzleflash attachments with both view and peewee
models because of the silencer
-the stock remains folded,the draw animation will look weird sadly
-the L4D2 fire sound was replaced by the Killing floor mac10 fire sound
-matching VGUI icon


As usual,if you find anything wrong please comment about it,I'll try
to fix it.
