Hi there everyone, I made a rather simple survival situation for you all to try out.

Feel free to tell me what you think or ask any questions.
This is my first creation put on the workshop so all feedback is more then welcome.

Rules:
-Do not use any respawn ships, when you enter the world pick the medicalbay and play the senario from there.

I'll give you some tips in how to get started. (If you wish to explore everything without tips/hints/help then stop reading here.)

-Tips/Hints/Help-

-I suggest that you play this with one or two friends.
-Activate the light power system in the station to gain gravity and light. (Solar cells will provide enough power to keep it on at all times so do not worry)
-Press P to dock/undock the drilling ship. (Most know, but not everyone)
-When docking to the station, dock, then undock, press Y to shut the power of the ship off, then dock again. This should save some of the uranium stocked in the ships reactors.
-When docking I suggest backing in with a low speed and with dampeners toggled off. (Toggle off by pressing Z)

Nice work Trigera. I have started my first survival with your desing and I think that is the best I can wish. I have been playing for only a few days and I dindn´t made to mach yet, but I have a lot of plans. I´m looking fordward to see your new proyect. :-)

@Abradolf Lincler Wow, you really took the simple design to a whole new level. Love what you've manage to create from the small basic station, especally in survival mode. Thanks for taking your time to post your progress along with the pictures.

Ive spent a few days playing with this world. The first thing i did was make a new storage crate seperated from the main conveyor system to hold uranium. After a while i created a second set of solar panels and a large storage area underneath the main station.

The second set of solar panels allows me to run the entire station without using a single ingot of uranium. Docking the ship was a bit of a pain at first, but once i learned how to do it, it became simple to do repeatedly.

Everything i made was done in survival. Except the tweaking of the gravity generator settings so i can walk on the lower deck of my station. I am playing alone (because no one plays this game with me ;____; )


I also built a "vacuum" to make mining easier.


All in all, this was fun! I love the little station, i removed the ramp and added a few sloped blocks to make walking through the main door easier.

I like it! It's a nice alternative to something like the default easy start, which makes my computer lag quite a bit.
