Proper Dwarf Shields (6.0 Ready)

Update with 5.0:
Prior values for Longbeards, Ironbreakers, and Lords have been retained. Dwarf Warriors have had their shield upgraded from wood to metal (still 55% block chance) to bring them in line with Chaos Dwarf shields.
Rangers kept wood shields (as this would be quieter than metal and would suit a ranger better) but block value brought up to 55%.
Quarrelers, Thunderers, and new Grudgerakers have had their shielding increased from 35% wood to 55% metal to bring them in line with Chaos Dwarf blunderbuss units.

UPDATE WITH 3.0:
With Update 3.0, all the units I have modified here have had their shielding increased in the base game, meaning this mod is less necessary than it was before. Some of the values are still slightly different (I have most dwarfs at 60_metal vs CA's 55_wood). Also, while CA dwarf units still largely use wood shields, mine use metal. I have also deleted my Dwarf Warriors 35_metal from the coding in this mod (which results in them using CA's 55_wood).

So long story short, this mod will remain active as it does still (I think) improve on the Dwarf shield values, though not as significantly as it once did.

CHAOS DWARFS:
See below for the equivalent mod for Chaos Dwarfs. I split them so anyone not buying the DLC can still use this mod. Also, CA has stated they fixed the "mod limit" problem, so an extra mod shouldn't hurt your load stack. That version ONLY includes Chaos Dwarfs, and not regular Dwarfs. If you want both Chaos Dwarfs and Regular Dwarfs, you will need both mods.

This mod fixes Dwarf Shield values to accurately reflect Dwarf size and skill with their shields. Gone are the wooden, 35% missile block chance for Ironbreakers and lords.

This mod makes the following raw changes:
Belegar, Thanes, Shield Lords, Ironbreakers (& their ROR), Longbeards: Metal, 60% Missile Block Chance
Dwarf Warriors: Metal, 35% Missile Block Chance

It didn't make sense that the most heavily armored units in the game - whose shields covered more than 2/3 of their bodies, were so bad at shield work. Dwarf shielding is now fixed.

(Note, the UI sometimes displays 60% missile block chance and sometimes 55% missile block chance. I do not know why that is; but the value in the tables is 60%).

Like all GOW mods, this mod has been cleaned to minimize potential conflicts with other mods. This means my mod will not accidentally overwrite someone else's mod changes in an unrelated area. My mod will only conflict with mods that change the exact same things I do.
