Almost Infinite Hydrogen and Oxygen Bottles

Mod reworked, it's technically useless for Admins but I liked it and now it can be produced.

The Admin Oxygen Bottle has 1 million liter of oxygen and the Admin Hydrogen Bottle has 10 million of hydrogen (like the old one).

The "new thing" is that it can be produced and the production is very long and expensive: TWELVE (12) HOURS of processing per bottle and 100 Iron Ingots + 10.000 Cobalt Ingot + 10.000 Uranium Ingot + 10.000 Platinum Ingot + 30.000 Gold (I wanted to go further but the 4k L space in the Assembler isn't enough).
And they need to be filled with that quantity of gases.

Why so much? Because it's practically a cheat.

I like it because in my server I don't want to be an admin if not necessary, and I stay lot of hours to check and build things (sometimes I take long breaks in outer space = character dies), so I'm using it a lot.
