Shinjuku Washington Hotel. A large business hotel found in the center of Shinjuku located around the corner from Shinjuku Train Station and at the end of the Tokyo Government building main avenue.

Some version of an Additive Shader mod is needed for the Lights to function on the signs. Prop Anarchy is recommended but if you dont wish to use the Prop Anarchy mod then any version of Additive Shader can be used.
