History
Following the amazing success that was the Penn Central, the federal government decided that the Red and Green teams were having too much fun ruining the NEC. On April 1st, 1976, the feds took over PC and just basically changed nothing (haha april fools!). As time progressed, the feds put out propaganda about how bad PC was. This is patently false information, at the same time, they took all the units from PC and just kinda did nothing to them, except when they did. First they kept them in PC colors, then emerged BIG BLUE!!!! WE ALL LOVE BIG BLUE.WE ALL LOVE BIG BLUE.WE ALL LOVE BIG BLUE.WE ALL LOVE BIG BLUE.
