A struggle mechanic for the British Isles in the 867 start date.

Please leave feedback, I'm not sure what exactly I should do to make this realistic to the region of Brittania.
Currently, it is just the Iberian struggle re-skinned for the British Isles, with nothing actually accurate or unique to the time period when it comes to the phases or events. This will change, and I will make sure the content is equivalent (if not a little bit more content) to the Fate of Iberia DLC.
