@Dream Tested it and it works fine, I recommend checking possible mod conflicts.

@EmotionalDamage The chaos champions DLC lords use the "chaos garrison upgrade" mod because they belong in the warriors of chaos faction.

However there is something weird about how they get their garrisons and it doesn't work as intended at the moment.
