yes, if it only reskins Ellis it should work. For example: I use this reskin mod for Ellis with the cone head mod https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=124598519

I use a mod that changes just Ellis's shirt n' pants, no actual model change. Would the two mods work together?
