Loot Random Legacy Dyes

Allows you to occasionally find in dungeons and gambler: the special Mercenary mode animated Dyes normally bought with Legacy Points!

NOT compatible with these mods:
* Skip Statue Levels
* Statue Blueprints Everywhere

For players that don't intend to ever play a Mercenary on their modded profile.

Note that these dyes are found much more rarely than normal dyes (only a 20% chance of adding each one to a given loot pool).

In future updates, I hope to also allow other types of Legacy/Mercenary cosmetics to be found randomly, so you can eventually unlock them all!

Requires Moon Temple DLC.
