描述
A sturdy but trusty cruiser for the Eastern European enthusiasts.

Back in the 80s, Eastern Europe relied on cheap, sturdy construction for their transportation. The police departments of the time had no different requirements, and the Baykal was a perfect fit for their everyday cruisers. Sure, it's not fast, it's not a heavyweight van or truck, and it's certainly not the most charming vehicle out there. But it'll get the job done, and this is all that's asked of it.

Baykal pursuit vehicle for RPG session purposes, using the Extra Baykal Parts police liveries and fitted with armor, crash, and power upgrades to top the civilian version. Beware, the suspensions will not take the same amount of punishment as the chassis itself.

I like how 'Cycore DV-R Police' lightbar only deforms after damage.
I just like this design more. But if this was intended to be then okay.

You break the colored glass with damage, and reveal a broken, grey lightbar : that's intended. If the damage texture was missing, the lightbar wouldn't change at all. You can see it with a colored copcar.

Bug report: broken lightbar texture is ... missing? can't tell if this was on purpose but when the car is white then the lightbar turns into white. Is it possible to fix this?
