Not wet in boats
With this not wet mod, keep your wetness stats when you respawn inside boats : if you was not wet before log off, baaahh.... you are not wet in relog on.

I created this mod to fix a bug?? maybe a current bug or not, I need to get not wet when we respawn in our boat, because big boat trip!
