Before Home Depot and Lowes home improvement stores rose to prominence, individual locally owned suppliers for your plumbing, electrical, lighting and hardware needs would be present in many main street corridors around the U.S. Today they are fewer and further between.

This prop for Capuano Appliance Showroom is a 12M wide awning. The awning fits perfect with Smilies "Main Street 1" building asset if you want a main street vibe.

This asset was based upon a largely similar awning on an Appliance store on McDonald Ave under the elevated tracks of the F-Train through Brooklyn NYC.



This signage prop is a part of my Little Italy collection. The collection focuses on independent Italian American businesses with appealing vintage signage that have endured for decades in places like NYC, Philly, Detroit, St Louis, SF, etc.. Expect to see pasta shops, cheese shops, cafes, bakeries, butchers and much more.
