Cathay's only heavy cavalry are the flying Longma Riders who lack the numbers and aren't fully ground based Shock cavalry like the Gryphon Legion for Kislev.
Furthermore, Cathay lacks any anti-large cavalry like Kislev has with the Bears, so this helps fill that need.
Attempted to make them a better option than Jade Lancers but not so strong that the player won't want to take Longma Riders.
Unit has armour piercing stats the same as normal Dragon Guard.

Build from: Tier 5 Dragon guard building (same as Dragon crossbows)

Regiment of Renown Dragon Guard with Jade Lancers horse.
