I had the feeling it was originally a Half-Life 2: Deathmatch map, since there's a lot of HL2 items around the map and it uses HL2 ladders (func_useableladder). Sure enough, the first result of a Google search for "dm_equilibre" is the link I gave.
I would like to fix a few things in this map, such as the missing textures and the super-loud wind sounds. I'll update the ladders to normal Gmod ladders (func_ladder), too. The creator gave an E-mail address, so I'll see if I can get the original .vmf from him. If not, I'll decompile the one available here.
I now notice that someone else made their own improved version , but they converted it into an actual TTT map in addition to fixes. I'll be doing just the fixes I mentioned, so maybe I'll call my version "dm_equilibre_fixed".
This map doesn't require any other games.
