Advanced greeter sign to interrogate about rules and give rank and kit when completing.

Utility door. (Basically Egress).
Home inviting journal.
Cleanup command.
AreaCleanup command.
Quest / script builder.
Quest Log manager.
Utility NPC to execute quests / scripts and act as merchant.
Social NPC's.
Merchant system.
Social Merchant system.
Global Variable Lever / Toggler.
Utility Elevator.
Climbing blocker zone.
Utility Zone.
Interaction Zone.
PVP Zone.

This mod uses Char Var manager from the Sudo Exiles Mod, so you will need to have that one also.

If you have Tot custom mod then make sure Tot custom loads later than this one.
